equal rights is a legal instrument that ensures that individuals are granted the same protections and entitlement as every other human being. Juxtaposing equal opportunity and fair outcome gives us a benchmark to develop and measure the success or effectiveness of the programs and policies that we implement to make the abstract concept of equal rights concrete in our daily lives.

it is a controversial decision-making standard without a precise definition involving fair choices within the public sphere. no one is on top, no one is on down we are equal now as the world starting to change us While it generally describes “open and fair competition” with equal chances for achieving sought–after jobs or positions as well as an absence of discrimination,the concept is exclusive with a wide range of meanings.

we think we are too much on top we almost make our selves so high, don't you think what happened without equality maybe all women, girls and maybe gays they are just in one place, sitting on one side, eating o food with full of shame, a dessert of fear to face this challenges. believe to your self,you and i; no discrimination.
